Salafist bombs damage two Muslim shrines in Sinai

Radical Salafists bombed two shrines near the North Sinai town of Bir el-Abd and el-Maghara further south Sunday night. The Sinai Salafists like Al Qaeda and Taliban object to many places of pilgrimage dedicated to certain saints and descendents of the Prophet Mohammed. The shrines were badly damaged.
