Saudi Arabia arrests 88 alleged plotters of attacks at home and abroad

The Saudi interior ministry offered no information about the plots except to say that attacks were planned inside and outside the kingdom.  Three of the detainees were from Yemen; the rest are Saudis who have served prison sentences for “similar offenses.”
