Saudi Attorney General: 376 private bank accounts impounded
The Saudi Attorney General Sheikh Saud Al-Mujib Wednesday released the first data about the hundreds of distinguished citizens including royal princes who were detained a month ago and charged with corruption.
A member of the Campaign against Corruption commission, the sheikh revealed that 159 detainees remained in custody and 320 were summoned for interrogation. The government had seized the private bank accounts of 376 Saudi citizens.
