Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman met with leaders of the organized Jewish community in New York as part of his two-week tour of the East and West Coasts, sparking criticism from Qatar’s Al Jazeera TV. The meetings last week were strictly off-record, and details of the crown prince’s conversations with heads of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, the American Jewish Committee, the Anti-Defamation League, the Conference of President of Major American Jewish Organizations, B’nai B’rith International and the Jewish Federations remain largely under wraps.
