Saudi king hospitalized for checkup. Iraqi PM’s first visit postponed

Saudi Arabia’s King Salman was admitted to King Faisal Specialist hospital for medical checkups for “inflammation of the gall bladder,” the state news agency reported early Monday. The first visit to Riyadh of Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi was postponed “in recognition of its importance and desire for its success,” the Saudi foreign minister said.
