Saudi UN speech canceled to protest Syria, Iran developments

According to UN diplomatic sources, Saudi Arabia decided to cancel its address to the UN General Assembly to express dissent with the UN Security Council resolution on Syria’s chemical weapons, and displeasure with “the recent significant turning point between Tehran and the international community, sealed by the historic phone conversation between President Hassan Rouhani and his US counterpart Barack Obama.”
