Saudis lead heaviest coalition air strikes in Yemen to date

Although Riyadh ordered a five-day “humanitarian pause” in Yemen hostilities for the delivery of aid, there wrre more than 100 Saudi-led air strikes Saturday against rebel Houthi positions. Sana airport was put out of action, after the rebels announced theywere reopening air strips for humanitarian aid to come in. The Saudis claimed this was a pretext for the delivery of fresh Iranian military supplies for the Houthis and the Yemeni military units fighting with them.
