Sealed criminal charges filed against Benghazi attack suspects
The US Justice Department has filed sealed criminal charges against a number of suspects in the attack on the US consulate in Benghazi that killed the Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens and three other Americans. One of those charged is Ahmed Abu Khattalah, founder of Libya's Islamist militia Ansar al-Sharia. The exact nature of the charges wasn't clear, nor was the number of suspects.
