Second Israeli relief delegation flies to Turkey. 11,200 deaths tallied

Israeli Air Force flights with 250 medical staff aboard took off Wednesday from the Nevatim air base loaded with the makings of a field hospital to treat distressed Turkish quake survivors. The colonel heading the first Israeli delegation reported the recovery of a large number of buried survivors. President Tayyip Erdogan reported a total of 8,574 deaths by Wednesday, raising the combined figure in Turkey and Syria to 11,200.
