Second New York City bomb had a cell phone attached
The pressure cook bomb, the second device discovered in New York City Sunday, had a cell phone attached, investigators discovered. It was found on 27nd Street between 7th and 6th Avenues after the first device in Chelsea exploded injuring 29 people. A pressure cooker bomb was first used in America in an Islamic terrorist action to blow up the 2013 Boston Marathon. Then three people were killed and 140 injured.
