Second Palestinian shooting incident near Beit El

An IDF post at the entrance to Beit El near Ramallah came under fire from a Palestinian vehicle Sunday night. The troops fired back, striking the car before it raced off. No one was hurt. This was the second Palestinian drive-by shooting in the past week.
