Section of Manchester evacuated for terror-linked search

A section of Manchester, the Moss Side, was evacuated Saturday as police went through several residences. Two more suspects were rounded up Friday night after police carried out a controlled explosion to gain entry to an address in another part of the city.  Altogether 13 arrests have been made since an ISIS suicide bomber murdered 22 people at the Manchester Arena last Monday. British police claim progress in their investigation into the terror network, but say there is still a way to go. The terror threat remains at “critical” and the public advised to remain vigilant.
