Security cabinet convenes on Gaza after Prime Minister’s warning
The security cabinet has been called into session later Sunday to deal with constantly escalating Hamas terror violence. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu the regular weekly cabinet meeting in Jerusalem with a warning to Hamas saying that if the ongoing border violence in the Gaza Strip continues, Israel will strike the terror group with “substantial blows.” The time has come to resort to different types of action to resolve the situation in the enclave, he said adding. “If Hamas has any sense, they will stop the violence immediately.”
