Sen. Graham: The US should consider attacking Iran’s oil refineries

Republican senator Lindsay Graham has urged the US to consider attacking Iran in response to the large-scale drone attacks on Saudi Arabia’s oil industry. “Hitting Iran’s own refineries would “break the regime’s back,” he said.
Lindsey pointed out: “Iranian supported Houthi rebels who attacked Saudi oil refineries is yet another example of how Iran is wreaking havoc in the Middle East. It is now time for the US to put on the table an attack on Iranian oil refineries if they continue their provocations or increase nuclear enrichment.” Iran has refuted US blame for the attack on the biggest Saudi oil processing plant and its second largest oilfield.

Common sense at work – WOW !
But when words remain words, its
    useless babbling….
Western leaders these days are heroes at babbling – but the word ” act ”
    is uncommon to them…
The western world has become suicidal, fearful whimps – living in an imaginary world….
The awakening will be shocking !

Let Saudi Arabia retaliate. It was their oil facilities! They have plenty of money and weapons.
Why should the US or any other country have to spend their resources at this point.

CommonSense… Agree, Unlike Israel that has Israeli’s Protect Their Own Nation, Saudi’s Like To Finance using American Military Sons & Daughters! Have Saudi’s Convince EU, Russia, India, Japan, & China to Join USA in Targeting Only Iran’s Shiia Regime Wealth, Homes, & IRGC Puppets not Persian People that will Overthrow the Regime once they see they are on the Run in Iran!

Refineries blasted , storage tanks set on fire and navy sunk. No talks, no terror no battikh ; The Mahdi will come early for the snake heads : If USA sent 49 ballistic missiles to Syria for gas bombs, it ought to send
249 onto Tehran, Abadan, and the Top Mullahs dewan

RE: Graham has urged the US to consider attacking Iran

Consider? I am certain the U.S. has a fully developed, scaleable ‘shovel ready’ plan, complete in every detail and ready to go whenever needed.

So the due diligence is already done. Just need a scenario that will give a green light.

IMO, the Iranian/Houthi drone attack stage from Iraq is the equivalent of Iraq invading Kuwait.

Just know that removing IRans oil capacity for extraction, refining, etc. simply takes more barrels off the world market, pushes $$$ higher, helps OPEC and all producers, hurts consumers.

They do need to have the Saudis spank them publically, send a message that proxy support comes back to Rouhani, Solenani. Hit hard, try not to hurt Persian civilians, regime change next year

If you make the charge the Saudi government was involved with 9-11 you need to offer irrefutable evidence.

Having said that, since you feel SA capable of supporting 9-11 terrorists, you should agree the obvious response to the Iran-sponsored attack would be a Saudi-sponsored attack using American hardware against the same types of Iranian energy infrastructure.

They could deploy the same plausible deniability, saying renegade factions within their country did it, “just like your surrogates in Iraq, Rouhani!”

Hopefully there is a plan b. Because Iran has little if any refinery capacity. They send crude abroad to have it refined for their own consumption. They do have storage and transfer facilities however, such as Kharg Island.
