Six arrested in Bnei Brak teen anti-police rampage
Dozens of ultra-Orthodox (haredim) youths Thursday night besieged a police vehicle monitoring the lockdown in Bnei Brak. When they pelted rocks and smashing its windows, yelling curses, the officers dismounted and nabbed six of the ringleaders. Haredi lawmakers joined the prime minister and Bnei Brak mayor in condemning the incident and called on the community to cooperate with the police for their own good and that of the town.
