Six injured – 2 critically – by Palestinian gunman in Jerusalem
At least 6 people were injured Sunday, two of them, a woman and police officer, in critical condition, by a Palestinian motorist who opened fire in three in northern Jerusalem. Four other victims were moderately wounded. The terrorist first started shooting at people at the light rail station at Ammunition Hill in northern Jerusalem and carried on firing at cars along the road the Shimon Hatzadik tomb half a kilometer away. Police caught up with the terrorist and surrounded his car at Sheikh Jarach. In the shootout the gunman was killed after injuring a police officer.
