Six Israelis injured in early Sunday Gaza missile barrage

Six Israelis were injured by Palestinian missile fire from Gaza early Sunday. It was aimed at Sderot, Shear Hanegev and the Eshkol district. They fired some 60 missiles from Saturday afternoon and the barrage continues. The terrorists are now focusing multiple launchings on small targets to maximize casualties instead of their former hit-or-miss tactics. Schools remain closed in all three districts.
DEBKAfile: The rockets kept coming Sunday after an Israeli air raid before dawn hit Gaza terror squads preparing their next rocket salvoes for southern Israel. Palestinian sources reported a Jihadi Islami gunman was killed and several more wounded. Neither did Hamas stop after the Israeli Vice Prime Minister Moshe Yaalon’s warned that Hamas would pay a heavy price for yet another missile offensive on southern Israel.
