Small explosive device caused Jerusalem bus blast, mayor says

Jerusalem mayor Nir Barkat said Monday evening that the blast on a city bus that injured 16 people was caused by a small explosive device. A spokesman for the city's firefighting unit added that the explosion was not in the engine, but inside the bus. Police are still investigating the incident, but have not ruled out the possibility of a terrorist attack.
