Somali government forces take control of Kismayo

Somali forces entered the Indian Ocean port of Kismayo Monday two days after the al Qaeda al-Shabaab rebels lost it last Somali strategic stronghold in battle with the Kenyan army. The loss of the city is a major blow to al-Shabaab, which used Kismayo's seaport to import weapons and raise money through taxes.
