Some 250 Syrian civilians feared kidnapped by ISIS near Damascus

Around 250 workers at the Badiyah cement factory in Dmeir, a town 50 km east of Damascus, are missing since the Islamic State attacked the plant Monday. They are feared to have been abducted and taken to an unknown location.
