Some 35 killed in US-led coalition air strike on ISIS Syrian bastion

A US-led coalition air strike Thursday night over Mayadin, a town held by ISIS near Deir ez-Zour in eastern Syria, struck two buildings. One housed the Syrian and Moroccan families of ISIS fighters and is reported to have killed 35 civilians. Two days of aerial bombardment of Mayadin are reported to have taken 50 lives.
