Some IDF reserves called up for Northern Command exercise

The IDF said that some reserve forces will be called up on Sunday as part of an exercise by the Northern Command involving the IDF, emergency services and the municipal authorities of the cities of Haifa, Tirat Hacarmel and Nesher. It added that there would be an increased presence of security forces in the area and that fireworks and smoke grenades would be used during the exercise, so explosions are likely to be heard in the Galillee area.
