South Korea’s PM quits over ferry disaster

South Korea's Prime Minister Chung Hong-won announced his resignation Sunday morning on national television, taking responsibility and apologizing for the slow initial response to a ferry's sinking that has left nearly 200 dead, mostly high school students and their teachers, with scores more still missing.
