Special budget for urgently fortifying northern Israeli communities

An inter-ministerial team Monday approved NIS500m ($135m) for urgently boosting protective measures for the population of northern Israel. The first 200m ($55m) will be spent before the end of 2018.  The team, headed by the Home Front Command, includes the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Finance, The National Security Council (NSC) and other government ministries. The outlay was previously approved by the government

    Good idea!

    Also, a wall is needed, to separate the Arab North half of the West Bank from the South Jewish half.

    Mixing does not work well.

    what “west bank” what “Arab North” and “South”

    There is Shomron north of Jerusalem and Juda south of Jerusalem.
    Both are Israeli territories secured by the IDF and not the city police.

    So what do you mean?
