State Department audit slams Hillary Clinton over e-mail practices
A State Department audit has sharply criticized the manner in which Hillary Clinton used her e-mail system while she served as secretary of state, reports said Wednesday. The audit said she made private use of the system without permission of those responsible for information security by installing a server in her home. The 80-page report also said she kept documents in an improper manner and did not abide by the department's information security policy.
