Suicide blast in Afghan capital leaves five dead; ISIS claims responsibility

A suicide bomber blew himself up as a vehicle carrying government workers passed by in Kabul on Wednesday afternoon, leaving five people dead and about ten others wounded. The blast occurred in the center of the city near the presidential palace and the defense ministry. ISIS later claimed responsibility for the attack in a statement posted by the terrorist group's Amaq news agency.
