Suspected ISIS anthrax attack plan foiled by Kenya police

Kenya's police announced Tuesday that it had arrested several members of a terror cell linked to ISIS who are suspected of planning a terrorist attack using biological weapons, especially anthrax. The suspects include medical interns at hospitals in Kenya where they had full access to biological warfare materials.
