Make out of cast painted iron statues of old or IDF Israelis as they look while waiting for the bus (in normal relaxed position, and the back turned to the incoming trafic) and place them in groups of 2-3 every evening in another strategic position right near the driveway.
When full size, due to the difference in density, such a statue will have x8 times the weight of a full body (up or over 1 ton) and if a car rams it, the repair of the paint takes only half an hour in the worst case.
The thing is that a Palestinian going for car-ramming does not have the time to perceive the difference, and if he’s “successful” the car will be totaled and him ejected thru the windshield, with the chances of driver’ survival depending on the speed.

But, the main thing is, after 5-10 occurrences, the Palestinians on car-ramming will start acting strange, easy to detect by real people waiting for the bus.
