Terror ruled out in hospital stabbing incident
The stabbing attack on Wednesday at the Sheba government hospital was committed by a patient, Mustafa Yunis, 27 from Kafr Ara. He was being chased by guards after pulling a knife against another patient who told him to wear a face mask. When he reached to gate, he pulled his knife again and stabbed the hospital’s deputy security chief, whereupon the other guards shot him. He died later in the emergency ward. His relatives said later that Yunis suffered from epilepsy. An investigation was ordered into the shooting.
