Syria: Israel fires missiles from Golan into Quneitra region
Syrian state media report that Israeli helicopters fired missiles from the Golan into the Quneitra region early Friday. Three military posts were allegedly targeted at Tel Amar south of Quneitra, causing no casualties only damage. Earlier this week, an Israeli air strike was claimed against the Syrian army’s 4th Division arms depot south of Damascus. DEBKAfile reported that the depot housed Hizballah’s arms deliveries from Iran.
