Syrian Kurds call for international tribunal for ISIS captives

After defeating the Islamic State last week in its last Syrian stronghold of Baghuz, the Syrian Kurds are struggling to cope with the thousands who emerged from the town. About a thousand are foreign fighters from some 50 countries.
