Taliban, ISIS likely to invade Central Asian countries: Russian FSB head

Alexander Bortnikov, head of Russia's FSB intelligence service, said Thursday there is a growing risk that ISIS and the Taliban will use their growing presence in Afghanistan to invade Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, three countries that are used for smuggling drugs into Russia.
