Tehran denies US sources’ claim of progress on nuclear issue

Saturday, just hours after unnamed US diplomats reported a tentative agreement with Iran on a formula to reduce its nuclear program, the Iranian foreign ministry issued a strong denial. Officials in Tehran also contradicted the reports coming out of US Secretary of State John Kerry’s quiet talks with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammed Zarif, on an agreement to ship Iran’s enriched uranium to Russia.
