Tehran vows to punish “Zionists” for death of Iranian general

Iranian Gen. Mohammad Ali Allah Dadi was among the six Iranian army officers killed in Sunday’s Israeli helicopter attack on a group of Hizballah and Iranian officers checking out a Syrian Golan site for a new Hizballah offensive deployment against Israel. Iran’s National Security Adviser Rear Adm. Ali Shamkhani pledged punishment for his death. “The resistance [Hizballah] will respond by force at an appropriate time and place for the Zionist terrorist entity’s aggression,” he said.
