Tel Aviv building collapse now claims three dead, 4 still missing

Rescue operations continued Tuesday to recover the four victims still missing under the debris of the four-storey parking facility that caved in Monday on top of construction crews. The death toll rose to three as another body was recovered. Of the 24 injured victims, four are still in hospital after most were released.
