Terrorism not ruled out in London stabbings. One dead, six wounded
A 19-year-old man stabbed a 60-year-old woman to death and wounded six passers-by in London's Russell Square on Wednesday night. The knifeman was arrested and taken in for questioning. The London Police said the man's mental health was a significant factor although "terrorism is one possibility being explored at this stage". In July 2005, a bombing in the square's subway station killed 26 people.
