Terrorists said to be planning attack on French athletes at Rio Olympics

A Western intelligence agency has informed the French intelligence and security services that a number of Brazilian citizens will try to carry out a terrrorist attack against French athletes at the Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro next month. The news came from the testimony of Gen. Christophe Gomart, head of France's Directorate of Military Intelligence, to a government committee that investigated terrorist attacks in the country.
