That’s just the “prelude” – Kim after UN Sec Council condemnation

Shortly after the UN Security Council condemned North Korea Tuesday night for its firing of an intermediate-range missile over Japan, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un said it was a "meaningful prelude" to “containing the American territory of Guam.” He added he will watch the response of the US before deciding on further action, but also urged his military to conduct more such launches into the Pacific Ocean in the future, according to a statement from the official Korean Central News Agency.
The 15-member UNSC unanimously denounced North Korea and demanded that Pyongyang halt its missile and nuclear programs, while the North Korean dictator made it clear that the US territory of Guam was still in his sights, although US long-range nuclear bombers capable of reaching North Korea are based there.
