The Charlie Hebdo jumbo edition runs out
The French satirical magazine’s first issue since Islamist terrorists murdered its top editorial staff was snatched up Wednesday morning. The print run, normally 60,000, was boosted to three million, some say, 5 million copies, for which long queues formed at newsstands in France. The cover showed a cartoon depicting Prophet Muhammed weeping while holding a sign saying: “Je suis Charlie.”
