The fatality in the Tel Aviv promenade terror shooting was a foreign tourist

A foreign tourist was killed Friday night by a terrorist who ran over and shot  at random on the crowded Tel Aviv beach promenade. Four people were injured, two badly, in addition to the murdered tourist. The terrorist came from the Israeli Arab town of Kafr Qasem and worked in Tel Aviv. Police on the spot stopped the rampage by shooting the terrorist. It was his car that was seen overturned at the scene.
