The IDF has evacuated the Ofer base as fire spreads

The Ofer base northwest of Jerusalem was evacuated Sunday as a rapidly spreading fire came dangerously close to buildings, ammo depots and other facilities. Three fires are raging in the Jerusalem area. Fifty-four fire trucks have been brought in and eight aircraft are fighting the infernos in torrid weather conditions.
