The Iran nuclear draft affords Iran regional status for fighting ISIS
A senior US diplomat insisting on anonymity revealed Wednesday that the Iranian nuclear accord as drafted so far is built around a central text with five annexes, each dedicated to a specific topic. If Iran agrees to sign it, he said, a sixth annex would be added in the following spirit: “Since Obama wants the deal as the centerpiece of his legacy, he believes a peaceful Iran could be a bulwark against ISIS in the Middle East and the key to peace there.”
