The Knesset empowers prime minister and defense minister to declare war
A law empowering the security cabinet to authorize a war or order a substantial military operation without recourse to the full cabinet passed its second and third reading in the Knesset Monday night. The text contained a clause that vests in the prime minister and defense minister the authority to commit the country to fighting a war or conducting a major military operation without prior approval by the full cabinet or the security panel.

The Knesset empowers an imbecile PM and the defense minister to do exactly what ? To declare war? It is not really wise decision . War acts measures fall under ICC regulation for war crimes . Why nobody until today never charges American killers or British in all the war crimes these committed worldwide. Just take Nuking Japan –its a war crime punishable by death of all executive powers in USA at that time . But Americans did not really fight war , they just trained themselves . Same goes for Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan , Yugoslavia . everywhere . No war announced , no war measures act, no crimes . Now take Syria , where USA, UK, France and Israel with other countries involved . The only country sovereign has no power to do anything , now put Russian in . And what do we have ? Nothing you would say, except Russia , that has the authority ,could actually charge American coalition and Israel with war crimes . The act has conformity -one party , Russia , which means every other country could be charged under war measures act starting from USA. You would say there is no precedent , there is one now . Full ICC app could be or being filed as we write it to bring USA state department to ICC for war crimes , as well Macron , that rep of France , May that rep of UK ,Saudis , and who not . Clear application to the rule.
So , if i could suggest anything to BIBI , that try same freaky crap announcing something , that is stupid , just like Trump did, will make him a war criminal together with the “deaf” minister . Announcing a war will no safe any of them from being charged with war crimes , same way as Trump and members of his coalition will be charged . And even if they have all the Judges in their pockets , even they could be put away , since there is some Justice left in this crazy world.
