The Russian air force resumes attacks on rebels in S. Syria

DEBKAfile’s military sources report that Russian warplanes Sunday struck Syrian rebel concentrations in the south, around Daraa and Jasim, after a three-month pause. The rebels sustained large-scale casualties.
