The Syrian army opens offensive against ISIS forces in the south

Syrian units, backed by Russian special forces, have launched an offensive against the ISIS fighters who have taken up position in the Al-Safa region of southern Syria.The 32^nd Brigade of the Syria army’s 4^th Armored Division and its National Defense Forces have been withdrawn from the Quneitra region opposite Israel to take part in the anti-ISIS offensive.
