The UAE approves its first embassy in Tel Aviv
he United Arab Emirates on Sunday approved establishing its first embassy in Tel Aviv, the UAE government said on its Twitter account, citing a cabinet decision, following the normalization of ties last year. Israel’s embassy in Abu Dhabi officially opened on Sunday with the arrival of the country’s envoy there, albeit in a temporary location until permanent premises are found. The embassy in Bahrain has been operating for some weeks. Israel will soon open an interest section in Morocco and a consulate in Dubai.
