The Ukrainian president refuses to meet Russian officials in Belarus  

President Volodymyr Zelensky refused Sunday to send negotiators to Minsk to meet a waiting Russian delegation – because, he said,  Belarus had served Moscow to attack his country. The Russia delegation consisted of officials from the foreign ministry and President Vladimir Putin’s bureau. Zelensky said other countries uninvolved in the conflict would be acceptable as a venue for peace talks.
