The UN predictably slams Israel for “settlement-building”
The UN condemnation Tuesday night came after the Israeli government approved 2,500 more homes in Judea and Samaria “in response to housing needs.” They will go up in existing blocs, including 902 in Ariel and 652 in Givat Zeev, as well as 100 in Beit El, near Ramallah. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said he continued to support a two-state solution, but “We are building – and continuing to build."
