The US and South Korea indefinitely suspend military drill

The Pentagon said Defense Secretary James Mattis “indefinitely suspended select exercises” in order to support diplomatic talks, following the US-North Korea summit in Singapore. Additional decisions will depend upon North Korea “continuing to have productive negotiations in good faith,” the statement said. Earlier, Mattis denied knowledge of any North Korean steps for disarming its nuclear and missile programs as agreed in their summit.
On Friday, a presidential declaration sent to US lawmakers called for continuing sanctions on North Korea for another year, calling the country “an unusual and extraordinary threat.”

The US tax on Chinese imports came too fast, there was no coordination with the Kim thing.
This is why a deal with NK could have been a success only if done by mister Justin Trudeau.
    Now it is too late.
But, there is always a “next time”.
