The US Capitol building evacuated when smoke seen

Two days before the US presidential inauguration, nervous security officials ordered the Capitol building evacuated after smoke was seen rising from an area behind the building. It reportedly came from a nearby homeless encampment. A rehearsal of the  inauguration was taking place at the time in the West Front.
